G'raj Mahal was a whole new food trailer experience because it offers full service. It is beautifully set up with a patio with lights, decorative curtains and heat lamps. Also, it shares it's space with the Austin Bike Zoo which offers interesting decoration. Even though it was in the high thirties that night it was very busy. Because of the crowd the service was very slow, but if it hadn't been so cold it wouldn't have mattered. The food was amazing. Samosas, Naan and Curry, YUM! Also, they get points for live music. Go to G'raj Mahal!!!
So,Indian food from a food cart didn't sound too appealing at first, but once we got it the smell alone was amazing. The creamy sauces were all delicious and you could get different versions of spiciness. the garlic naan was SO great, I ate 3 pieces! I don't have really any other Indian food to compare it to, but now I want to try more!

The food was delicious. They had full service which was cool, however, it was slow :(

Loved the atmosphere, liked the full service restaurant vibe. Need more staff.

I ordered the chicken Mokani extra spicy and vegetable pakoras. they don't serve large portions, but it was enough to make me full. The food was delicious, but the service was terrible. Come ready to stay at least an hour and a half.

The Saag Paneer was delicious. Not the best I've ever had but way better than expected. the ambiance was amazing with the sculptures and tents, but it was super cold. The garlic naan was off the hook! The only real downside was the service was slow.
